Recently I switched from Eclipe to IntelliJ and that meant getting to know IntelliJ’s keyboard shortcuts. Below is a list of the shortcuts I use most.<\/p>\n

Generic<\/strong>
\ncrtl + n<\/em> = Open resource.
\nctrl + f4<\/em> = Close window.
\nalt + [left\/right arrow]<\/em> = Move to the window on the left\/right.
\nctrl + shift + f<\/em> = Find in path, i.e search in whole project.<\/p>\n

Text operations<\/strong>
\nctrl + d<\/em> = Duplicate line.
\nctrl + y<\/em> = Remove line.
\nctrl + shift + [up\/down arrow]<\/em> = Move line up \/ down.
\nctrl + g<\/em> = Navigate to line.
\nctrl + shift + u<\/em> = Toggle case.<\/p>\n

Code<\/strong>
\nctrl + q<\/em> = Quick docs (floating documentation window when having selected a class, method, member).
\nctrl + f12<\/em> = Show members.
\nalt + f7<\/em> = Find usage.
\nshift + f6<\/em> = Refactor > rename.
\nctrl + alt + l<\/em> = Format.
\nctrl + alt + [left\/right arrow]<\/em> = Back \/ Forward.
